In the best interest of our puppies we are very careful about
preventing the transmission of diseases to them.
Therefore as a precaution no one is allowed to touch or handle
any of our puppies.
We also require that you remove your shoes before entering
our house if we have puppies inside (we have puppies
inside of our house until they are 2 weeks old). No one is
allowed inside of our puppy house. We take every precaution
that we can to make sure that our puppies are not exposed
to any kinds of disease or parasites that you may carry on your
shoes or even on your hands.
This way all of our buyers have the comfort of knowing that their
puppies have the best possible care and protection that they can get.
Also we "never" allow any other dogs or animals around our kennels.

1. Selections will be made in the order that we receive the deposits.
2. Selections of puppies that are to be shipped will be made by pictures
sent over the internet beginning at 6 weeks old and in the order
that we receive the deposits.
3. Selections of puppies that are going to be picked up will
be made at our kennel on the day of scheduled pick-up at
6 1/2 to 7 weeks. If there is a conflict between shipped puppies
and pick-up puppies then picks will be made either
by internet or Choctaw Labs will make the pick for
you according to your description.
4. If for some reason you can't make the selection at the
designated time,
Choctaw Labs will make the selection for you.
5. A time will be scheduled for you to pick-up/ship your
puppy and Choctaw Labs expects
you to make arrangements to pick up your puppy
at that time.
You will be notified of pick-up/ship date so you can
make arrangements.
6. Choctaw Labs refrains from holding pups after the pick-up
date (only in an EXTREME emergency as a LAST resort).
A boarding fee of $10 per day will be charged after
pick-up/ship date.
7. Because of weather, flight availability and several other
factors involved in shipping,
Choctaw Labs can't guarantee a certain shipping date but
pups will be shipped ASAP upon reaching shipping age.
8. Pick-up and shipping dates are subject to change at
a moments notice.
Remember puppies are like children and sometimes they get
a runny nose. We do not anticipate any delays because
our pups are constantly tested, wormed and vaccinated
from birth but you will be notified if a delay occurs.
